At Corgi Model Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
